This device is for automatically placing labels (containing product information) on packed containers as they move on a conveyor. The applicator is modular in nature meaning it can be set for labeling on horizontal or vertical surfaces. It receives printed label from printer (prn and zpl format) and places it on cartons as they move on a conveyor. It can work on preprinted labels or with online printing.
It can work at a speed of 17 to 18 labels per min. The positioning of the label on carton (at an accuracy of +/- 2.0 mm) can be adjust automatically or manually as required. It can handle carton size from 800mm X 800mm X 800mm to 100mm X 100mm X 100mm. Machine foot print is 800mm X 1000mm including leg support.
The electrical panel is on a carriage for easy access for maintenance. The applicator arm can rotate for ease of media loading. Total power requirement is 0.75 w.
Linux ARM based Application (Raspberry pi) with touch screen interface. It has different modules like Run, Maintenance, Setting, Calibration. Reports will be generated in labels per hour or day or batch as per selection.

|The applicator with printer can be adjusted 900 mm vertically manually or automatically. The applicator can also be adjusted horizontally 300 mm manually.

|Applicator stroke can be adjusted in steps of 3 mm from minimum of 100 mm to its maximum stroke of 300 mm.

|Applicator can be rotated 90 degrees for comfortable media loading.
