Description
This is a high speed vertical stamping of labeling machine. At a speed of 20 labels per min it can automatically adjust for carton height (from 5 mm to 540 mm) for labeling facilitating labeling of cartons of different size in same packing channel.
The printer receives on line print detail (prn and zpl format) from customer server and places it on carton. As the cartons come on conveyor applicator will print & place in first in first out basis. The printer assembly is on slide rail for easy unloading & loading media. Adjustment for change in label size is hassle free and smooth.
Linux ARM based Application (Raspberry pi) with touch screen interface. It has different modules like Run, Maintenance, Setting, Calibration. Reports will be generated in labels per hour or day or batch as per selection.
The structure is module from aluminum sections facilitating easy shifting between packing channels. Installation at any position is plug & play. Power required is 1 kw.
It comes with safety interlock for power and air supply.
